Fuze for Chrome: Make Calls and Schedule Meetings with Ease
Fuze for Chrome is a free extension that enhances your browsing experience by allowing you to make phone calls directly from websites and create Fuze Meetings from your Google Calendar. With this extension, you can easily initiate phone calls from web pages, including Gmail emails and Microsoft Teams chats, simply by clicking on the Fuze icon next to any phone number.
To make a call, you can use the dial pad that appears when you click on the Fuze icon, even if the number requires an extension. The extension also automatically detects phone numbers on websites, making it convenient to place calls with just a click.
In addition to click-to-call functionality, Fuze for Chrome seamlessly integrates with Google Calendar. When creating a new meeting in Google Calendar, you'll find a new option called "Add Fuze Meeting." Clicking on this option will prompt you to sign in to Fuze, and once signed in, your Google Calendar event will be transformed into a Fuze Meeting. You can easily add all the necessary information for the meeting, including the type of meeting (Open, Private, or Webinar) and the guest list. Google will then notify your guests via email with clear instructions on how to join the meeting.
